It focuses on the cultivation of tea, avocado, macadamia, and arable crops. Its subsidiaries include Eastern Produce Malawi, which produces tea and macadamia and operates five macadamia estates and a cracking facility, and Eastern Produce Kenya, which is engaged in tea production along with arable, livestock, forestry, and rubber activities. Its other businesses include AJT Engineering, a specialty engineering services provider, Jing Tea, a tea brand, and EP Cape.
