Centric Holdings SA, formerly Centric Multimedia SA, is a Greece-based enterprise that is active in the online gaming and entertainment software market. It has four product divisions: the Video Games division includes representation and official distribution of games from companies such as Microsoft and Sony, as well as the participation in companies operating sports book and gaming Websites; the Educational Games division includes the distribution of games and digital media of educational and encyclopedic content; the Language Learning Software division includes software that help the user learn a foreign language, and finally the Hardware/Accessories division deals with the distribution of console and computer peripherals for video games. The Company owns 51% of ECN Management Ltd, which owns online entertainment companies. Through its subsidiary SEE Sports Holdings, the Company is a Joint Venture Partner of Sportingbet PLC for the operation of the Sportingbet Website.
