CopperCorp Resources Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on the exploration and development of its Alpine copper prospect and Razorback copper rare earths located in western Tasmania, Australia. The Company's projects include AMC Project and Skyline Project. The AMC Project is located in West Tasmania and consists of mineral tenements totaling around 1066 square kilometers (km2). The principal target metal, copper, is hosted in what are probably iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) style deposits which are common in Australia. The AMC Project includes Alpine Prospect and Japser Hills Prospect. The Skyline Project includes Razorback prospect as well as the Walford Peak and High Tor properties, which cover a combined area of approximately 504 km2. The Skyline Project area is a highly prospective for IOCG and rare earth element deposits. The Razorback prospect covers approximately 171 km2 and has identified three high-priority exploration target areas: Jukes, Hyde and Darwin zone.
