About the company

CPN Commercial Growth Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties or leasehold properties and seek benefits from properties. The Fund operates through investments in the leasehold property and securities segment. The Fund invests in leasehold rights to sublease land and buildings (partial) with integrated components and related equipment and systems, including the right for the use of the parking spaces at The Offices at Central World. The Fund’s management company is SCB Asset Management Company Limited. The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited acts as the registrar, KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited acts as the mutual fund supervisor, and Central Pattana Public Company Limited (Central Pattana) acts as the property manager.
