Farlim Group (Malaysia) Bhd is a Malaysia-based property development and investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, investment holding, and marketing and distribution of building materials. It is focused on the development of Bandar Baru Ayer Itam on the island of Penang township, which is located in a targeted growth area, which is approximately five kilometers from Georgetown. Bandar Baru Ayer Itam has been transformed into a fully integrated township, which comprises a commercial center offering a range of services, including hypermarkets, banks, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants, petrol kiosks, kindergartens and police stations. Its residential properties include Taman Impiana Bidor and Bandar Baru Ayer Itam. Its commercial properties include Plaza City One, Farlim Square, and Farlim business centre. The Company also has development projects in Selangor and Perak. It has approximately 18,600 total properties built.
