The Company’s proceeds raised in the capital markets are used to acquire a target company or business in any form. The main shareholder of the Company is Space SpA, a unit of Space Holding Srl. It operates through Gruppo Canson, Writefine Products Private Ltd, Renoir Topco Ltd, St Cuthberts Holding Ltd and operating unit St Cuthberts Mill Ltd.
