About the company

Fair Value REIT-AG (FVR-AG) is a Germany-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates through two segments: Direct Investments segment and Subsidiaries segment. It focuses on the acquisition and management of commercial real estate in Germany and its investment activities primarily involve retail and office properties in secondary and regional locations. The Company invests in real estate both directly and indirectly through participation in real estate partnerships, particularly closed-end real estate funds. The Operational functions such as inventory and asset management, accounting as well as commercial and technical property management are outsourced to external service providers. Its portfolio also includes targeted sales of individual properties with focus on smaller properties. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are GP Value Management GmbH, BBV 10 Geschaeftsfuehrungs-GmbH & Co KG and BBV 14 Geschaeftsfuehrungs-GmbH & Co KG.
