About the company

Gibson Energy Inc. is a liquids infrastructure company. The Company's principal businesses consist of the storage, optimization, processing, and gathering of liquids and refined products. Its segments consist of Infrastructure and Marketing. The Infrastructure segment includes a network of liquids infrastructure assets that include oil terminals, rail loading and unloading facilities, gathering pipelines, and a crude oil processing facility. The Marketing segment is involved in the purchasing, selling, storing, and optimizing of hydrocarbon products as part of supplying the Moose Jaw Facility and marketing its refined products, as well as helping to drive volumes through the Company's key infrastructure assets. The Marketing segment also engages in optimization opportunities. The Company's operations are located across North America, with core terminal assets in Hardisty and Edmonton, Alberta, Ingleside and Wink, Texas, and a facility in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
