Hellenic Dynamics Plc is a United Kingdom-based medical cannabis cultivator. The Company is a cultivator and supplier of finished pharmaceutical standard medical cannabis products with a focus on producing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) dominant strains of medical cannabis flowers. The Company is involved in the cultivation, production and export of THC dominant strains of dried medical cannabis flowers and flower extracts to the medical cannabis markets across Europe. The Company develops and operates approximately 40,000 square meter active cultivation license from its 195,506 square meter facility located near Thessaloniki in Northern Greece. The Company is capable of producing over 54,000 kilograms (kg) of dried flowers per annum.
