Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canada-based unincorporated open-ended real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company invests in office properties in the primary markets of France, Germany and Spain. The Company holds 11 assets. The properties in France include Baldi, Metropolitan, Arcueil, Delizy and Gaia. The properties in Germany include Trio, Kosching, Neu- Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its property in Spain is Delgado. The REIT acquires (indirectly) real estate properties via CanCorpEurope SA, an authorized Alternative Investment Fund. Inovalis S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager of the REIT.
