Investors House Oyj, formerly SSK Suomen Saastajien Kiinteistot Oyj, is a Finland-based company engaged in the real estate sector. The Company’s activities include the management, rent and ownership of real estate properties, and the provision of accommodation, restaurants and leisure facilities, as well as office services operations. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Kiinteisto Oy Antintori and Kiinteisto Oy Toejoen City. Kiinteisto Oy Antintori owns 2,339 square meters of land and approximately 6,307 square meters of office, hotel and restaurant facilities, as well as basement, with storage facilities and parking space. Kiinteisto Oy Toejoen City leases 691 square meters of commercial real estate to retail operators in the city of Pori, Finland. The Company’s major shareholder is OWH Group Ltd, which held 44.14% shares.
