There are four hotels in Laguna Phuket, namely Angsana Laguna Phuket, Banyan Tree Phuket, Cassia Phuket and Homm Suites Laguna, located in Phuket province, and one hotel, the Banyan Tree Bangkok, located in Bangkok. The subsidiaries are also engaged in operating golf clubs (Laguna Golf Phuket and Laguna Golf Bintan), sales of merchandise (Banyan Tree Gallery), spa, office and shop rental and sales of holiday club memberships. The Company’s segments include Hotel Business, Property Development, and Office Rental. The Hotel business segment relates to hotel and restaurant operations, including other related businesses such as golf clubs and sales of merchandise. The Property development segment relates to property sales and the sale of holiday club memberships. The Office rental segment relates to the rental and service of land and buildings which managements manage for lease.
