Its real estate investments segment consists of owned properties that are leased pursuant to non-cancelable triple-net operating (NNN or Triple-Net) leases, financing receivables, mortgage loans, notes receivable and unconsolidated joint ventures. The Company's SHOP segment is comprised of ILF, ALF and MC.
