The subsidiaries of the Company include Smiths Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd, Lumotech (Pty) Ltd, Alfred Teves Brake Systems (Pty) Ltd, Automould (Pty) Ltd and Autozone holdings (Pty) Ltd, among others.
