BKV Corporation is an energy company. The Company's core business is to produce natural gas from its owned and operated upstream businesses. It has four business lines: natural gas production, natural gas gathering, processing and transportation (natural gas midstream business), and power generation and carbon capture, utilization and sequestration (CCUS). It has a 50% ownership interest in the BKV-BPP Power Joint Venture, which owns Temple Plants, a modern combined cycle gas and steam turbine power plant located in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) North Zone in Temple, Texas.
