Hydro Exploitations SA is a Switzerland-based service provider that specializes in the operations of electrical installations and hydroelectric facilities. The Company has three types of activities; hydroelectric Operation and Maintenance sector maintains and operates hydroelectric facilities; Water Management sector provides short, medium and long-term forecasts with respect to the water supply, and Analysis of the Risks in Rivers sector specializes in the identification assessment and reduction of riverside risks linked to the operation of hydroelectric facilities on behalf of the owners of these installations. It provides services such as repairing, renovating and optimizing installations. The Company’s clients are: EOS Energie, ABB, Alstom, Lizerne & Morge SA, Salanfe SA, Rhonwerke AG, Electricite d'Emosson, Romande Energie and others. As of December 31, 2010, Grande Dixence SA held a 36.8% stake in the Company’s shareholdings.
