About the company

Manitex International, Inc. is an international provider of mobile truck cranes, industrial lifting solutions, aerial work platforms, construction equipment and rental solutions that serve general construction, crane companies, and heavy industry. The Company engineers and manufactures its products in North America and Europe, distributing through independent dealers worldwide. The Company’s segments include Lifting Equipment and Rental Equipment. The Lifting Equipment segment markets a comprehensive line of boom trucks, truck cranes and sign cranes, including via its partially and wholly owned subsidiaries and distributors. Its boom trucks and crane products are primarily used for industrial projects, energy exploration and infrastructure development. The Rental Equipment segment rents heavy duty and light duty commercial construction equipment, mainly to commercial contractors on a short-term rental basis. Its brands include Manitex, PM, Oil & Steel, Valla, and Rabern Rentals.
