(MSA), whose principal focus is the development of the Chita Valley exploration project (the Chita Valley Project) consisting of three contiguous properties located in Argentina: the Chita, Brechas Vacas and Minas de Pinto mineral concessions, and the five adjacent properties (Chita Este, Brechas Vacas Oeste, Chita Norte, Chita Sur and Fortuna I), totaling approximately 19,923 hectares.
