It holds, through its 100% owned Serbian subsidiaries, approximately 900 square kilometers (sq km) of exploration areas located primarily in Eastern Serbia, southeast of Belgrade, and are primarily within the Timok Magmatic Complex, a segment of the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt which runs from Eastern Europe to Southeast Asia. The western portion of the Tethyan Belt hosts significant copper-gold porphyry deposits such as Bor, Majdanpek, Veliki Krivelj, among others, and related copper-gold epithermal deposits such as Cukaru Peki, Chelopech, among others.
