About the company

NFI Group Inc. is a Canada-based global bus manufacturer of mass mobility solutions. The Company offers a range of propulsion-agnostic bus and coach platforms, including electric models. The Company's segments include Manufacturing Operations and Aftermarket Operations. The Company's Manufacturing Operations segment includes design, manufacture, service and support of new transit buses, motor coaches, medium-duty buses, and cutaway buses, the installation of infrastructure for electric vehicles and the third-party sales of fiberglass reinforced polymer components. Its Aftermarket Operations segment includes the sale of aftermarket parts for transit buses, coaches and medium duty/cutaway buses, both for the Company's and third-party products. The Company's brands include New Flyer (heavy-duty transit buses), MCI (motorcoaches), Alexander Dennis Limited (single- and double-deck buses), Plaxton (motorcoaches), ARBOC (low-floor cutaway and medium-duty buses), and NFI Parts.
