PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk is a geothermal management company engaged in the geothermal energy business. Its geographic segments include Kamojang, Lahendong, Ulubelu, Karaha, Lumut Balai, and Other segments. Its operational activities include Own Operations and Joint Operating Contracts (JOCs) with PT PLN (Persero). It manages approximately 15 geothermal working areas (WKP) and 20 geothermal power stations (PLTP) with 672.5 megawatts (MW) installed capacity that are operated directly by the Company (Own Operation). Its JOCs have over 1205 MW of installed capacity. Its working areas in JOCs include Gunung Salak, Darajat, Wayang Windu, Sarulla, and Bedugul Bali. It is carrying out development projects in over three WKP in Hululais, Lumut Balai (Unit II), and Sungai Penuh. It is carrying out exploration in over two geothermal fields located in Bukit Daun, Bengkulu and Seulawah, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.
