About the company

Net Lease Office Properties (NLOP) is a real estate investment trust. The Company owns a diversified portfolio of office properties that are primarily leased to corporate tenants on a single-tenant, net-lease basis. Tenants operate across a variety of industries and most properties are located in the United States, with the balance located in Europe. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, which own, operate, and finance office buildings. The Company’s portfolio is composed of full or partial ownership interests in approximately 55 properties, net-leased to 59 corporate tenants, totaling approximately 9.0 million leasable square feet (including 0.6 million of operating square footage for a parking garage on a domestic property). The Company’s business plan is to focus on realizing value for its shareholders primarily through strategic asset management and disposition of property portfolios over time.
