Novatti Group Limited is an Australia-based payments company. The Company provides a single destination for all payment needs in a digital world. The Company operates through four business segments: Payments AU/NZ, Payments International, Technology Solutions and Investments. The Payments AU/NZ segment includes acquiring, card issuing, cross-border payments and Novatti Billpay, which enables payment of Australian invoices directly from a range of Asian digital wallets. Payments International offers customers an alternative payment method in the form of a prepaid cash voucher and provision of an established payments network across Malaysia enabling prepaid top-ups and bill payments. Technology Solutions includes enterprise, automation and billing software. The Investment segment includes products, such as AUDD, which is an Australian Dollar-backed stablecoin for facilitating payments, transactions and remittances between businesses and their customers.
