The Company has entered into option agreements to acquire 80% interests in two contiguous properties located in the Walikale District of the North Kivu Province in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (Bisie North Tin Project). The Bisie North Tin Project is located in the Walikale Territory of the North Kivu Province, in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The project is located immediately north of Alphamin Resources' of Bisie Project. The Bisie North Tin Project comprises two contiguous properties (PR 13274 and PR 15130), which together cover approximately 38 square kilometers (km2).
