The Company has entered into option agreements to acquire 51% interests in two contiguous properties located in the Walikale District of the North Kivu Province in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (Bisie North Tin Project). The Bisie North Tin Project comprises two contiguous properties (PR 13274 and PR 15130), which together cover approximately 38.43 square kilometers (km2), offering exposure predominantly to tin as well as secondary exposure to copper, zinc, lead and silver.
