Pinthong Industrial Park Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fund’s objectives are to raise funds from general investors and to use the proceeds from such fundraising to purchase, lease and/or sublease immovable properties. The Fund takes the transfers of the ownership and/or leasehold rights and/or sub-leasehold rights of the properties to seek benefits from those properties by way of letting, subletting, transferring and/or disposing of them. The Fund invests in properties in three industrial estates, including Pinthong Industrial Estate, Pinthong Industrial Estate (Laem Chabang) and Pinthong Industrial Estate (Project 3) and are located on Bypass-Laem Chabang Road, which is in the Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
