Pioneer Property Group ASA (PPG) is a Norway-based investment company with a real estate focus. The Company’s business activities consist of four segments: The Preschools segment, that consists of one preschool property owned by PPG; The Hotel Properties segment was established to acquire hotel properties across the Nordics and Europe; The Retail Properties segment was established to procure and build facilities for retail properties, mainly for the Ferda group all over Norway; and The Property Development segment develops properties within general commercial real estate and housing. PPG's real estate portfolio consisted of one property in the Preschools segment, four properties in Retail properties segment, six properties in the Hotel properties segment in addition to three properties in the Property development segment.
