About the company

PRO Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is an open-ended real estate investment trust focused on owning and operating a portfolio of light industrial properties in Canada. The REIT’s segments include three classifications of investment properties, including Industrial, Retail, and Office. All the REIT’s activities are located in one geographical segment, being Canada. It owns approximately 106 investment properties (including a 50% ownership interest in 40 investment properties), representing approximately 6.4 million square feet of gross leasable area. Its properties include 449 Principale Street; 55 Technology Drive; 370 Connell Street; 3200-3260 Guenette Street; 7405 127th Avenue; 9002 20th Street; 325 Vanier Boulevard; 139 Douglastown Boulevard; 205 Commerce Street; 1180 St. George Boulevard; 1070 St. George Boulevard; 50 Empire Lane; 531 Main Street; 95 Keltic Drive; 25 Brookside Street; 1275 Jules Verne Avenue, and 1750 Jean-Berchmans-Michaud Street.
