About the company

Pacific Metals Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the nickel business and the gas business. It operates through two segments. The Nickel segment purchases and smelts some of the nickel ore, the main raw material for ferronickel products, and sells it as ferronickel products. It also purchases and sells slag generated during smelting. The Gas segment manufactures and sells gases. In addition, the Company is also involved in the purchase and sale of cast and forged steel products and various industrial machinery, environmental business related to waste recycling, the manufacture and sale of cast and forged steel products for industrial machinery parts such as power generation-related parts, rolls for hot-section steel rolling, and marine engine parts, real estate business, and retail electricity business.
