The Company's geographical segments include Australia, the United States and Spain. The Kingman Gold Project in Arizona comprises more than 2,000 hectares of contiguous landholding, located approximately 150 kilometers (km) southeast of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Kingman Project claims are situated at the confluence of the Walker Lane gold Trend and the Southwestern North American Porphyry Copper Province. The Company also has an interest in the Marymia East gold and base metals project in Western Australia, which is a joint venture with Norwest Minerals Limited and the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Audax Minerals Pty Ltd. The project is located over 200 km north of Meekatharra in Western Australia and comprises two granted exploration tenements (E52/2394 and E52/2395) covering a total area of over 240 square kilometers.
