Shinnihon Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the construction business and development business. It operates in two segments. The Construction segment undertakes, plans, designs, and constructs architectural and civil engineering works, as well as architectural and civil engineering works using mainly precast and prestressed concrete members, earthquake-resistant reinforcement work using the out-frame construction method, and large-scale repair work for condominiums. The Development segment acquires land, constructs buildings, and sells them in lots or as a package. This segment also owns and rents office buildings, manages condominiums and buildings, and owns and rents Shin-Nihon building and apartment complexes.
