Vow ASA, formerly Scanship Holding ASA is a Norway-based developer and supplier of technology and solutions that bring an end to waste. The Company offers solutions that purify wastewater and convert waste into valuable resources and generate clean energy for customers in cruise, aquaculture and a range of land-based industries. Vow operates through three business segments: Projects Cruise, that includes the sale of wastewater purification, garbage handling, food waste treatment and sludge processing solutions for the cruise and aquaculture industry; Aftersales, that comprises all activities related to the sale of spares and consumables, as well as service on systems delivered, and Landbased, that designs and provides systems to valorize biomass residues and waste into renewable products, chemicals and fossil free energy through pyrolysis solutions. Vow ASA has several subsidiaries, including Scanship Poland Sp zoo, ETIA Ecotechnologies SAS and Scanship Americas Inc.
