Sterling Financial Holdings Company PLC is a non-operating financial holding company. The Company’s segments include Retail Banking, Commercial banking, Institutional Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Corporate banking business provides banking services to multinational corporations and financial institutions. Commercial banking provides banking solutions to medium-sized enterprises and commercial entities. Retail banking provides banking solutions to individuals, small businesses, and partnerships. The Special Purpose Vehicle is used to raise funds through the issuance of debt securities. It has three subsidiaries, namely Sterling Bank Limited, a full-service national commercial bank which provides financial services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations; Alternative Bank Limited, a non-interest bank providing an alternative to traditional banking, and SterlingFi Wealth Management Ltd, an asset management company.
