The Company operated through its subsidiaries, including Sogibois, Bouyoud, Treuil, Francois Inc, Classic Oak New Zealand, Demptos Napa, among others. The Company has operating units in France, the United States, Spain, Hungary, South Africa, China, New Zealand, Australia and Ireland.
