About the company

Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end infrastructure fund. It operates in one segment, investment in telecommunications infrastructure business and securities and in a single geographic area, namely in Thailand. The Fund intends to benefit from the Telecom Infrastructure Assets by receiving the net revenues to be generated from them, in relation to the BFKT Telecom Assets and AWC Towers, or leasing them, initially to Real Future and TUC as the anchor tenants that will also operate and manage the assets. It can invest in two major assets: passive assets, namely telecommunication towers and fiber optic cable, and active assets, namely transmission equipment and receiver equipment installed on telecommunications tower. It is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the Management Company), its mutual fund supervisor is KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited, and its telecom asset manager is Telecom Asset Management Company Limited.
