About the company

Li-FT Power Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium pegmatite projects located in Canada. The Company’s projects include Yellowknife Lithium Project, Rupert Project, Pontax Project, and Moyenne Project. The Yellowknife Lithium Project is comprised of 14 mineral leases that cover most of the lithium pegmatites that make up the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province (YPP). The Rupert Project covers approximately 155,533 hectares of mineral tenure in the James Bay region of Quebec. The Rupert Project is composed of three separate project areas: the Pontax Lithium Project, the Moyenne Lithium Project, and the Rupert Project. The Pontax Project is within an area that was affected by the marine incursion of the Tyrell Sea at the end of the last glaciation. The Moyenne Project is a greenfield lithium pegmatite exploration play, is located in the James Bay region of Quebec Canada.
