About the company

Kairos Minerals Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing its 100%-owned flagship 1.4 Moz Mt York Gold Project, which is an advanced gold deposit located over 100 kilometers (km) south of Port Hedland in Tier one gold country. The Company’s Roe Hills Project situated 100km east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia covers over 353 square kilometers (km2) of prospective Archean granite-greenstone geology that has known mineralization of gold, nickel, rare earth elements (REEs) and lithium. It has also discovered significant high-grade REE mineralization at Black Cat within enriched lower saprolite clays overlying fertile REE-bearing syenite intrusions. Its additional exploration projects in the Pilbara include: Wodgina, Lalla Rookh, and Kangan. The Company holds approximately 1,200km2 of granted licenses across greenstone belt geology with limited historical exploration, offering significant discovery potential.
