Meridia Real Estate III Socimi SA is a Spain-based real estate investment trust. The Company invests in all types of real estate, especially in office and logistic assets, as well as retail (shopping centers) and mixed-use properties, with a focus on value added projects in Madrid, Guadalajara and Barcelona. The Company has engaged the alternative investment fund manager, Meridia Capital Partners, SGEIC, S.A., for the identification of the potential investments, as well as their acquisition, management strategy and divestment. The Company has more than 11 years of experience in the real estate sector and is an independent asset manager that manages assets. Its objective is to carry out value-add projects in its two core markets.
