Management & contract fees
The Manager will receive an annual fee equal to 2% of the NAV (plus VAT if applicable) payable quarterly in advance. The Manager will also be entitled to a performance incentive fee payable equal to 20% of the Excess. No performance fee will be paid prior to the financial year ending on 30 June 2025.
