Oando PLC is an energy solutions provider. The principal activity of the Company locally and internationally is to have strategic investments in energy companies in addition to supply of oil and gas products to customers. Its segments include Exploration & Production, Supply & Trading, Mining & infrastructure development, and Corporate and others. The Exploration and production segment is involved in the exploration for and production of oil and gas through the acquisition of rights in oil blocks on the Nigerian continental shelf and deep offshore and Sao Tome and Principe (STP). The Supply and Trading segment is involved in trading of crude, refined and unrefined petroleum products. The Mining & infrastructure development segment is involved in exploration and mining of solid minerals. The Company’s subsidiaries include Oando Logistics and Services Limited, Oando Resources Limited, Oando Treasures Limited, Oando Trading DMCC, Oando Trading Limited, Oando Gulf Limited, and others.
