3.1.Buildings and adjunctive facilitiesNT$0.82 billons The area of building is around 39,842.69 square meters (equivalent to 12,052.42 pings); NT$68,036 per ping (includingadjunctive facilities);

3.2.Machinery equipmentNT$ 1.7 billion.

3.3.Total transaction amount: NT$2.52 billionIn addition to the total transaction amount, the deed tax, stamp tax, registration fees for the registration of real property ownership transfer, scrivener service fees, etc. required to be paid from the registration of ownership transfer of the aforesaid buildings from Macronix Electronics Co.,Ltd. to Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. are additionally charged from Hon Young Semiconductor Corporation.

Hon Young Semiconductor Corporation is a 100% holding subsidiary of the Company, which was incorporated for the purpose of acquiring the assets of the 6-inch fab of Macronix Electronics Co., Ltd., which was acquired by the Company from Macronix Electronics Co., Ltd. The sale of the aforesaid assets to Hon Young Semiconductor from the Company are conducted as planned.
