Sub.:  Earnings call: Audited financial results of Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

This is in continuation of our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/15/2022-23 dated April 8, 2022 intimating about the date of meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Bank inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

We wish to inform you that the Bank will host an earnings call with analysts and investors at 19:15 P.M. (IST) on April 28, 2022, wherein the senior management of the Bank will discuss the Financial Results with the participants.
