NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
In accordance with Condition 2(c) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and Clause 4.2 of the trust deed dated 11 August 2021, as supplemented on 28 February 2022 (the "Trust Deed") made between the Issuer, certain guarantors named therein (the "Guarantors") and HSBC Corporate Trustee Company (UK) Limited (the "Trustee") and by way of a supplemental trust deed between the Issuer, the Trustee and St William Homes LLP (the "New Guarantor") dated 28 April 2022, the New Guarantor has acceded to the obligations as a Guarantor and becomes a Guarantor under the Notes constituted by the Trust Deed.
