Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), announces that Suryanarayan Subramanian, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Director on 31 December 2022.
Commenting on Surya's retirement, Sir Ron Kalifa, OBE, said:

Surya has made a tremendous contribution to Network over the years and the Board has benefited greatly from his deep knowledge of the financial services sector within the MEA region. His expertise, coupled with his long-standing strategic and shareholder experience, has helped lay the foundations for Network's future growth. Surya will leave the Network Board with our best wishes."
