EN+ GROUP announces Director's appointment

4 April 2023 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+ GROUP" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG) announces the results of the meeting of its board of directors (the "Board") held on 3 April 2023:

Following resignation of a director from the Board in July 2022, the Board has elected James Schwab as a new member of the Board pursuant to Clause 24.4 of the Charter of the Company.

The Board has also updated composition of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board and the Nominations Committee of the Board (and appointed its chairperson).

The updated composition of the Corporate Governance Committee and the Nominations Committee will shortly be available in the relevant section of the Company's website (www.enplusgroup.com).
