Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Georgia Capital PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce, with immediate effect, the appointment of KBW (a trading name of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited) as joint corporate broker, alongside the Company's existing corporate broker, Deutsche Numis.
