Bootheel counties face infant mortality and preterm birth rates significantly above national average, expectant mothers lack timely access to prenatal care

- Ongoing community engagement: Establishing structured dialogue sessions, partnership development and continuous feedback loops to ensure solutions remain grounded in lived experience.
