About the company

Ermes Department Stores PLC, a member of the Shacolas Group, is a Cyprus-based company active in the import, wholesale and retail of consumer products, such as fashion, cosmetics and home furnishing items. It operates Debenhams Department Stores in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaka and Paphos, ZAKO multi-retail stores, NEXT fashion stores, Super Home Center (D.I.Y.) stores, Peacocks stores and Oviesse stores, as well as Miss Sixty, Glow and Cortefiel stores in Cyprus. It also has its presence in Greece through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fashionlink S.A., which operates Adams and Peacocks stores, and an Oviesse store. The Company also has the exclusive distribution of brands such as Oasis, Springfield and Bossini, as well as being the representative of Adams Kids fashion in Greece. In February 2014, it sold its 25.01% stake in Cyprus Airports (F&B) Ltd to Air Rianta International. In May 2014, it sold all its shares representing 50 percent of CTC-ARI Holdings Ltd's share capital.
