About the company

Parken Sport & Entertainment A/S is a Denmark-based company active in the leisure and entertainment industry. Its operations are divided into five operating segments: F.C. Koebenhavn, which manages the football club; Lalandia, which comprises the operations of the Lalandia water amusement park; Fitness, which is engaged in the management of the fitness dk fitness clubs; PARKEN Venues, which comprises the activities of the PARKEN stadium, including sports events and conference activities, among others, and Kontorejendomme, which is engaged in the office space rental on the PARKEN stadium. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four wholly owned active subsidiaries, namely PARKEN Venues A/S, Fitness dk Holding A/S, Lalandia A/S and Lalandia Billund A/S, as well as one inactive subsidiary, Driftsselskabet af 1. marts 2006 A/S. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was Loenmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond, which held 29.13% of the Company’s shares.
