The Company’s operations are located mainly in Italy, the United States, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia and Mexico. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had an overall production capacity of approximately 44 million tons of cement per year, and it operated 39 cement plants, 558 ready-mix concrete plants, 37 aggregate quarries and 41 terminals.
