About the company

Axactor ASA, formerly Axactor SE is a Norway-based company focusing on craftmanship debt collection with digital and solutions for managing non-performing loans. The Group has two core business segments: Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Third Party Collection (3PC). The NPL segment invests in portfolios of non-performing loans and collects the outstanding debt through either amicable or legal proceedings. The 3PC segment is responsible for debt collection services on commission, as well as preparing documentation for future legal proceedings against debtors. The primary focus is unsecured debt originated within the financial sector. In addition, Axactor has a non-core business segment Real Estate Owned, which is in run-off mode, acquiring and selling repossessed assets (REO). Axactor has operations across Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain and Sweden.
